Screening of True to Life (2006) by Gunvor Nelson, with a live sound performance by Felicia Sjögren. In True to Life, Nelson’s camera enters a quiet yet vibrant dialogue with the flowers in her garden — creating a drama of colours, rhythm, life and death. Approaching the film as a score and attuned to the original noises, silences and in-betweens, Sjögren weaves its original sonic fabric into her live composition. An intimate audiovisual conversation on decay, return, and the fragile persistence of life unfolds.

Resonant Field unfolded across Stockholm through a series of curatorial and artistic interventions around the concept of sound. Organised by the participants of CuratorLab at Konstfack, this year’s edition also marks the 25th anniversary of the programme. The festival explores resonance as a curatorial and artistic method, presenting sound expressions, performances, stories, and language-based works that reverberate across the city. Through diverse sites and voices, Resonant Field becomes a space for shared listening, storytelling, and attunement to the world around us.
